We will be using lots of sprouted foods to create wonderful salads and entrees, will learn how to make a variety of tasty, super-nutrious snacks, desserts and meals using blenders, food processors and dehydrators and we will look at what our bodies need for health that is lacking in our current diet. Some foods will be "raw foods", some "frutarian" and others "Alkaline". Maximum 6 participants.
